WELCOME TO REVITALIZE 2023:
Drive through parking area and park carefully please. Walk to end of parking area, to get your essential festival map and pass.

We wish you an enjoyable time here, however, Mangapiri Downs Organic Studfarm is a working farm and as such has a Health and Safety Plan which we are obligated to adhere to. The following information addresses a few necessary rules & general information for festival goers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REVITALIZE 2023 FESTIVAL

  1. EMERGENCY ASSEMBLY AREA
    The Emergency Assembly Area is up the hill above stage & below camping area.
  2. TOILETS
    There is a flushable women’s toilet in The Hub (‘Sharing’ shed). There are also a number of unisex port-o-loos near the carpark entrance. Follow the signs.
  3. HAZARDS
    A map showing where everything is will be situated in “The Hub”. Or ask for your own copy on entry. Unless on a guided walk, keep away from areas not marked on the map, as there are known hazards on the property. Hazards include large rocks, under-runners, ditches, holes, banks and creeks or ponds. Keep out of the animal paddocks, they can be dangerous! Please keep children away from the generators or electrical supply to the food trucks.
  4. DOGS
    No Dogs are to be brought onto the farm, except in exceptional circumstances, eg: mobility dogs. Even these must have prior approval from Tim Gow, festival organiser. They must be kept under control and supervised at all times, be bomb-proof around both children and animals, and must be health certified by a vet (we must view the certification before the 2nd Jan) so it doesn’t inadvertently bring diseases, eg Ovis, to our organic animals. As this is a working organic farm, please do not bring any other live animals.
  5. VEHICULAR SAFETY
    At all times watch out for animals, and vehicles. Drivers please keep your speed down below 30 km/h and watch out for children. Parents please discourage your children from playing or walking through parking areas.
  6. LOSS AND DAMAGE
    Revitalize and its organisers take no responsibility for personal items mislaid, lost, stolen or damaged on-site. We recommend you leave valuables at home.
  7. WEATHER AND CONDITIONS
    The festival is an all-weather event and will go ahead regardless of wet weather. Be prepared for all weather conditions and ensure you bring both warm and wet weather clothing, plus sun protection. We strongly recommend bringing both wet and dry weather FOOTWEAR suited to farm conditions, such as walking on grass or mud. No refunds will be given due to rain. Efforts will be made to adjust for adverse weather where possible, such as providing an indoor venue, heating, and reducing mud where possible.
  8. COVID-19
    We will be following all current laws pertaining to running an event during the pandemic. We ask that if you are sick on the day, that you stay home. A mask is not compulsory this year, but you may wear one if you wish to. Handwashing facilities are available.
  9. PRIVACY
    It is our usual practice to have roving photographers/videographers at the festival to collect images for future marketing of the festival. By attending these events you are providing permission to be filmed, photographed or used in any promotional material by Revitalise, Mangapiri Downs Organic Studfarm, and/or festival promoters.  Your name will not be used. This includes overhead drone footage (please do not bring your own drones.) Revitalize has no obligation to notify you or pay royalties when using these images for any purpose at any time. Pictures and content contained on our website is also the property of Revitalize and may not be duplicated or used without our written and explicit consent.
  10. ALCOHOL
    Alcohol will not be served at the festival. You’re welcome to bring a picnic hamper but drunken behaviour is strongly discouraged, and may result in your removal from the property without refund, regardless of whether you agree that you are drunk.
  11. TICKET REFUNDS
    Revitalize has a strict ‘No Refunds’ policy. Revitalize is an all-weather event and will not be cancelled in the event of adverse weather. Efforts will be made to adjust for adverse weather where possible, such as providing an indoor venue, heating, and reducing mud where possible. In the event that the festival is postponed for any reason, all tickets will remain valid for the new date. Details will be communicated on how to request a refund should the ticket holder not be able to attend the new date. In the event of full cancellation, ticket refunds will be made available by request from the point of purchase. If available, transfers to future events may also be offered.  Communication about the changes will be sent to ticket holders via the email the ticket was purchased under and/or on the Revitalize Facebook page.  Tickets are subject to a cancellation fee. Tickets purchased privately or not from official ticketing platform are not eligible for refunds. Tickets won as a promotional prize will not be refunded. Tickets purchased for Revitalize are for the event, not for specific artists or acts. We reserve the right to withdraw, replace or substitute acts, and make changes to the program and/or timetabling where required. No refunds will be provided if an act is changed, cancelled or length or content of the performance changed or truncated.
